Text Box: Villa Aquamarina is located in the prestigious and elegant Buenavista Urbanisation of Mijas Pueblo, is south facing and enjoys sea and mountain view. It is superbly situated, only five minutes drive from the charming Andalusian village of Mijas, one of the most beautiful white villages of Spain and ten minutes from the nearest beaches and vibrant nightlife of Fuengirola, Benalmadena and Torremolinos. It is a short trip on the motorway to the stunning city of Malaga or to posh and fashionable Marbella. Villa Aquamarina has four double bedrooms (one used as an office with sofa bed), sleeping up to 8 people, fitted wardrobes, three bathrooms (one en suite bathroom with bathtub and shower, one en suite bathroom with shower unit and an additional full family bathroom), spacious lounge with a split-level dining area and a fireplace, sliding doors to covered terrace and an open-plan completely equipped kitchen with everything you will need to make your holiday an enjoyable one. The living room and all bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a heating system. The villa has a splendid west facing terrace with pergola, ideal for BBQs, another arched and covered veranda, a backyard and a smaller side terrace. From all terraces you can descend to the garden with a level lawn, perfect for sunbathing or for children to play on and to the private pool which has a separate section for young children, making it child-friendly. It has as well a large intimate roof terrace with gorgeous views on the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding countryside. The property is secure for children and child friendly as it is fenced, paths to the pool and garden have railings and there are also security gates at the entrance to the urbanization. Private parking available on driveway. It has telephone, WIFI Internet Connection, TV, DVD, a CD and radio/cassette player, iron and ironing board. The kitchen is provided with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, water kettle and all required cooking utensils. Clean towels and linen are provided every week but no cleaning mid stay, although this can be provided at cost if required. The pool and garden are very well maintained. Close by you will find the El Higueron shopping arcade with a large supermarket, banks, restaurants, etc. Villa Aquamarina is only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, which has directs flights to most British, Scandinavian, German and Swiss destinations. Bookings: Saturday-Saturday (arrive after 4pm, vacate before 10am, but we can often be flexible) General: Towels and linen provided every week. Please bring your own pool/beach towels. Local activities include: Swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
