This luxury apartment was built in 2006 in the new development of Arenal Golf, Benalmadena, only 15 minutes away from Malaga airport with views over the mountains and the sea. It has full air conditioning/heating, two underground parking spaces with a lift to all floors and a video entry phone. The double bedroom has windows to the sea and Benalmadena and over the terrace. It has fitted wardrobes in satin finish oak and there is a safe inside. The twin bedroom also has fitted wardrobes and a view of Benalmadena to the north, the mountains, cable car and wonderful lights of Tivoli World. There are numerous pools, landscaped gardens, a golf course, school and clinic on site. There is a regular bus service and easy transport in and out of the development. It is only minutes away from Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Pueblo, with its blue flag beaches and award winning marina.

In the summer, the weather is very hot, but the sea breeze takes the sting out of the mid-day sun. In May/June and September/October as it is a bit cooler but still very warm. The winter period (November to March) is the best time for playing golf and exploring Andalucia by car. The temperatures are very pleasant and the skies are blue. You would be very unlucky to get a week of rain but the odd day or few hours has to be accepted as it is winter after all. One can even swim in the sea in winter as it still is reasonably warm from the summer months. The evenings do tend to be cool so you would be advised to bring a sweater or a jacket when you go out.

Rental Rates per week in British Pounds and Euros
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. A security deposit of £150 is required which will be returned at the end of the rental, less any damages or losses, if any. The rates above are as at January 2008. The Euro rate is liable to change when necessary. All funds must be received net of any bank charges. |
