Rental Rates for 6 people
per week in Euros
Non-refundable deposit of 10% (minimum 400) required to secure the booking. Balance due 8 weeks before holiday with a refundable deposit of 10% (minimum 400)
Payment is accepted in Euros (by bank transfer) and in Pounds Sterling (by bank transfer or cheque) at the exchange rate listed at www.xe.com. A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March) but in this case the full electricity costs will be payable. |

Electricity Cost (deducted from your Deposit Refund)
We give an allowance of 100kW per week and anything above this is charged at 15c per kW. Please make sure you read the electricity meter with our Manager on start and finish of your holiday. |

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of £25 (40) IF we are able to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less the administration charge as above. |
