RENTAL RATES - per month in Euros
minimum rental 4 weeks, not available Jul-Aug. A deposit of €300 is required on booking. The full amount is due 8 weeks before the holiday and the deposit will be refunded after departure once the apartment has been checked over for any damage, less any costs for excess electricity above 100kW per week at €0.15 per kW. |

Cancellation Policy
If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount (8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same weeks. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:
4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded 2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded less than 2 weeks: no refund
UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less the administration charge as above. |
