This historic apartment is on the first floor of a 120 year old building which has recently been renovated and decorated in the Colonial style. It is situated right in the historic centre of Malaga near the Picasso museum, Cathedral, Alcazaba castle and other places of interest. It is only a 5 minute walk to the beach and the bus and train station. Shops, restaurants and bars are all close by. It has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, sleeping 4 people. There is one bathroom and a lounge/dining room with TV showing Spanish channels. The apartment has central heating and has a fully fitted kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is a washing machine and iron available. All linen is provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels. The apartment has five balconies. In the summer, the weather is very hot, but in there is almost always a sea breeze that just takes the sting out of the mid-day sun. In May/June and September/October it is a bit cooler but still very warm. The winter period (November to March) is the best time for playing golf and exploring Andalucia by car. The temperatures are very pleasant and the skies are blue. You would be very unlucky to get a week of rain but the odd day or few hours has to be accepted as it is winter after all. One can even swim in the sea in winter as it still is reasonably warm from the summer months. The evenings do tend to be cool so you would be advised to bring a sweater or a jacket when you go out.
