Text Box: This luxury villa (build area 600 m2) can be rented either as a 5 bedroom villa at 1500 Euros per week low season, 2000 Euros per week mid season and 2500 Euros per week high season - or with the option of also renting the self-contained 3 bedroom apartment for an additional 500 Euros per week. The villa is set within the prestigious urbanisation of La Capellania, mid-way between the mountain villages of Benalmadena and Mijas, enjoying good sea views.  Situated only 15 minutes drive from Malaga airport, it is ideally situated for holiday makers, yet it is in a very tranquil location. Because of the size of the villa it is ideal for large family get togethers and wedding parties.  Unfortunately parties of young people under 25 are not accepted as the villa is more suited to families.

The villa has been built to a very high standard and has many special features. It has a large entrance hall with a Morroccan style archway leading to the light and spacious split-level living/dining room with a large wooden dining table and chairs. This area is open plan, with lots of natural light. The living room is very comfortably furnished and has SKY free to air channels.  There is a guest WC.  There is under floor heating in the lounge and master bathroom, and all rooms have hot-cold air conditioning.  The luxury kitchen is fully equipped and has an American style fridge/freezer with drinks dispenser and a utility room with a washer-dryer.

The self-contained 3 bedroom apartment has its own entrance from the driveway and comprises a spacious comfortably furnished living room, 3 double bedrooms, guest WC, luxury kitchen and utility room. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and there is a further full bathroom. The master bedroom has a double bed and walk in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, bedroom 3 has a double bed.  There is a games room with a pool table and a table football table.

BEDROOMS
The main villa has 5 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The two front bedrooms have Juliette style balconies from which to enjoy the spectacular sea views. The master bedroom has a king size double bed, the second front bedroom a double bed, whilst the other 3 have twin beds. 

BATHROOMS
All 5 bedrooms in the main villa have en-suite bathrooms.

TERRACE / PATIO / GARDEN
From the living room the patio doors lead on to the large covered terrace set with rattan style chairs. From the kitchen, patio doors lead on to a terrace with a wrought iron exterior dining table and chairs. There are sufficient chairs and tables to seat 12 people. Steps lead down from the terrace to the patio area around the pool which enjoys all day sun. 

POOL
The pool is 12 x 4 meters with Roman steps and there is the option to heat it by paying an additional charge of 100 Euros per week. There are 12 sunbeds around the pool. 

RENTALS:  SUITABLE for maximum of 16 persons. 
November to March inclusive - 2000 Euro per week 
April, May, June and October - 2500 Euro per week
July, August and September - 3000 Euro per week
Easter, Christmas & New Year - 2500 Euro per week

The picturesque village of Mijas and the sea front town of Fuengirola are 10 minutes away and the beach is a few minutes away by car.  The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). There is a local manager who is available to provide any information and assistance required. The pool and garden will be maintained once a week.  Clean linen and towels are provided once a week, but please bring your own pool and beach towels!  Cleaning is not provided mid stay, but can be provided at an extra cost if required.

Local activities include: Swimming, golf (33 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions.  Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada.
