Rental Rates for main villa and villa plus apartment

per week in Euros

Non-refundable deposit of 10% (minimum €500)

required to secure the booking.

Balance due 8 weeks before holiday

with a refundable deposit of 10% (minimum €500)

Payment is accepted in Euros (by bank transfer) or in Pounds Sterling (by cheque or bank transfer) at the exchange rate listed at www.xe.com. A discount of 20% is offered to people booking for 3 weeks or more during the winter season (November to March). Please note that the apartment cannot be rented on its own.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your holiday before having paid the full amount

(8 weeks beforehand), we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of €40 IF we are able to re-book the same week/s. If you have paid in full, the cancellation charges are as follows:

4 - 8 weeks: 50% of rate refunded

2 - 4 weeks: 25% of rate refunded

less than 2 weeks: no refund

UNLESS we are able to re-book any time up to the holiday, in which case we will refund your full payment plus deposit less €40.
