Saturday – Saturday (arrive after 4pm, vacate before 10am) Self-catering. Air conditioning and heating system (excess electricity chargeable) Mountain overlooking sea Linen and towels provided (please bring your own pool and beach towels!) 2 doubles and 1 twin 3 (2 being en-suite and 1 including a 4-person Jacuzzi) Lounge area with fireplace and dining area for 6 people. Dish washer, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine and iron. Satellite TV, video player, DVD player (over 40 titles), radio/CD/cassette player. Balcony, large terrace with swimming pool, BBQ and dining area, gardens and parking. Children over 12, elderly or infirm. If required, we can arrange car hire with collection and return to Malaga airport (prices on request). Swimming, golf (49 courses on the Costa del Sol, several very near), tennis (the Lew Hoad Tennis Club is very near), walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. Andalucia has something for everyone: the holiday towns of the Costas (Malaga, Torremolinos, Marbella and Fuengirola) and the miles of clubs, bars, cafes, golf clubs and beaches that line a rocky coast. For cultural visitors, the highlights are the cities of Seville, Cordoba and Granada. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are some of the highest mountains in Europe (including Europe's southernmost skiing resort) and marshlands crowded with flamingos. |

DIRECTIONS TO VILLA PAVIA When leaving the airport keep to the right-hand lane and take the N340 towards Torremolinos, Cadiz etc NOT Malaga. After approximately 2 km (keep in the right-hand lane otherwise it is easy to miss the turn-off), filter right onto the E15/N340 sign-posted Benalmadena/Algeciras. After about 15 minutes, take the exit numbered 217 to Benalmadena/Mijas and head for Mijas. You will pass a BP garage on your left, Continue up the mountain road until you come to Urbanisation Buena Vista on your right hand side. Pass through the security gates and take the second exit off the roundabout, keeping the mountain on your left. Villa Pavia is the fifth villa on the right. |

Rental Rates per week in British Pounds
A deposit of £450 or €600 is required to secure the booking. The full amount is due 8 weeks before holiday and the deposit will be refunded after departure less costs for excess electricity and any breakages or damage to the property. |
