This is our own villa, located in the prestigious urbanization of Buena Vista, overlooking the Mediterranean (400m above sea level) and the beautiful nearby town of Mijas. There are 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms, an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge with panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean. It has telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD. It has gates and a fence. A car is recommended and we have two cars to rent at very competitive prices. |

WEATHER IN THE AREA
In the summer, the weather is very hot, but the sea breeze takes the sting out of the mid-day sun. In May/June and September/October it is a bit cooler but still very warm. The winter period (November to March) is the best time for playing golf and exploring Andalucia by car. The temperatures are very pleasant and the skies are blue. You would be very unlucky to get a week of rain but the odd day or few hours has to be accepted as it is winter after all. One can even swim in the sea in winter as it still is reasonably warm from the summer months. The evenings do tend to be cool so you would be advised to bring a sweater or a jacket when you go out.
